Lynn was probably one of the most truly spiritual people I ever knew. She had a clear concept of right and wrong. She also loved some of the worst movies and her reviews were great.

Wonder how much longer before a piece of one of the new aerodynamic side skirts and boat tails they are putting on semi-trailers now, flies off and slices a motorcyclist's throat? I saw one go flying off a MV truck, 70mph sheet metal frisbees. Soon as they're damaged or loose the wind breaks them.
Lynn's story reminded me of seeing a woman waiting at a stop light who got crushed by a semi-dump truck. I had just backed into a dock in Albuquerque and was walking toward receiving when I heard the awful screeching of high speed tires. This car stopped at a green light and the dump trucker slid like a race car and tried to right turn. He had two open lanes to his left, why he didn't grab one, I don't know. His truck slid to a stop perfectly in the lane right beside the woman waiting at her red light. It looked for an instant like everything was going to be just fine... then the semi-dump truck went over on top of her and crushed her to death. I often still wonder about her life up to her death right in front of my eyes.
There was a construction crew nearby that immediately brought a big front end loader and lifted the trailer off her car. But there was nothing that could save her, she was killed immediately. The truck driver was knocked unconscious and taken to the hospital.

Talk about Lynn being spiritual. Didn't she always say Freddie Mercury was the best singer and didn't she love Adam Lambert like crazy.....Well Adam Lambert is going to be the new lead singer for Queen. He can thank
St. Lynn for that.........

I truly miss Lynn. I may not have agreed with her all the time, but she really was one of a kind. I'm not sure why I logged onto her site but was happy to see all the clips.
I hope where ever Lynn is that it is warm and sunny and she's listening to her IPOD. Miss you.

Congtrats Karen. How'd you do it? I have the feeling
Lynn's suggestions would fall on the tech side -
Kindle? Ipad? but of course I'm overlooking some of
her other favorite consumer products - Whole Foods
organic dates at $10.00 a bag and of course her
silver jacket!

I haven't tried it yet and my Kindle isn't a fire but my library tells me that they have free audio books to download onto a fire. Might have to upgrade. And good for you paying off bills. I'm sure there was temptation to just blow it.

Kate, Lynn didn't like the IPOD. She preferred to use the Sansa mp3 player. I bought one because she recommended it so highly....it's OK....I much preferred the Creative Zen mp3 to the IPOD but they discontinued it.
