Who put this on? Please tell???

Thank you to whoever put this up.

Where did this come from? What a wonderful Christmas present! Thank you to whoever posted this!

Please tell. Whoever did it thank you!

Who posted this? Does Lynn live? Is it a Christmas miracle?

Why wasn't Lynn on this weekend?

What the....who else had administrative access to this website besides Lynn? Come on, whoever this is, let us know who you are. Lynn???? Nah, couldn't be. WTF?!?!?!

@amy: Lynn died yesterday morning. She didn't respond to the cue when her show was supposed to start so Sirius had the police go o her apartment where they found her dead.

Holla Lynn , love you, miss you, but most of all Thankyou!!!!

I am sad. I have not been more sad over a public person's death ever.

This is Billy Masters - I had helped Lynn set up the website and I compiled and posted this Christmas Show. Not perfect, but wanted something up for people asap. If you have other clips or posts you want to share with me, let me know. I'll keep an eye on things here for a while...

I hope this is not true

Thanks Billy!

Thanks Billy. I have a archive of Lynn's recordings taken dirctly from the Sirius radio stream (95% of the files are exact copies. No “lossy” analog to digital re-conversion done to them). I have shows going back to July of this year (missing a few here and there). Plus I I’ve got some from the Sirius left days as well but there aren’t as many and the dates are more sporadic.

They’re probably considered to be the "Property of Sirius" but if you want them for some website dedication, let me know.

Hey George - e-mail me the dates directly and I'll see what I don't already have (I have on and off dates forever...including some really old WABC stuff)

That’s great that you have all that.

Let me pull the file list from my 3 different computers to see exactly what I have. The yahoo address I posted with is real, so you can get me there or I can find your email at your website. Her show, while topical, had so much that wasn’t topical so even the old stuff will be entertaining.

Can u add her singing Nina Ballerina Please? TY 4 giving us a small piece her @ such a sad time! If anyone finds out how we can send cards to her Nephew who she loved, Please post it!

Thanks, Billy.

Folks might remember Lynn's signature intro and outro tunes on BAI.

She used the studio ver of this one as her intro for a long time:

Anyone have her Mark Johnson intro?

"Lynn Samuels... WBAI... 99.5 in New York... New York New York..."

Love to hear that one again.

Merry Christmas.

I'm sorry to tell everyone that Lynn Samuels passed away yesterday at the age of 69.

Thank You, The best gift for us Lynn Samuels Fans .....For A "Loner "she sure touched a lot of people.

I'm going through the list of file I have and I'm listening to where there are duplicates between my computer and came across the one on 3/22/2011 where she starts out saying "Alright. I have solved the mystery of Romper Room". It made me smile because it highlights how random her topics can be and how it could be entertaining no matter how old the show is. Making these archived shows available to everyone will keep Lynn's voice alive forever.

Thank you, Billy.
